From the Florida Keys. Straight to Your Door.
Wholesale stone crab, Florida spiny lobster, and Gulf shrimp, sourced from working boats and shipped nationwide.
About Atlantic Reserve Co.
There's a difference between seafood that passes through a chain of brokers and warehouses before it reaches you, and seafood that moves in a straight line: caught, cooked, packed, and shipped, with no middlemen in between. Atlantic Reserve Co. is that difference.
We're a new company, but not new to these waters. Built on relationships with Florida fishermen who've worked these waters for decades, we move product from boat to buyer as directly as the industry allows, honest about where it comes from every step of the way.
Our Process
From the water to your door, in four steps.
Catch
It starts with captains who have 30–40 years on the water, knowing instinctively which traps to pull and which to leave alone. There's no outsourcing and no middlemen.
Dock
Catch moves fast here. Stone crab, lobster, and shrimp are sorted, graded, and processed within hours of coming off the boats, so freshness never has a chance to fade.
Inspect
Every order is checked by hand before it's packed, for size, weight, quality, and consistency, because we only ship what we'd be happy to receive ourselves.
Ship
Whether it's headed two hours away or two thousand miles, each order is packed for freshness and shipped through a cold chain that's tracked and timed to arrive at its peak.
What's in Season?
Availability shifts through the year. Here's what's running now.
Stone Crab
Season: October 15 – May 1
Florida's signature claw: sweet, firm, and only ever harvested from the claw, never the whole crab, which is what makes it one of the only truly sustainable fisheries in the country.
Florida Spiny Lobster
Season: August 6 – March 31
No claws, all tail. A dense, slightly sweeter alternative to cold-water lobster, pulled from reef and ledge waters across the Keys and South Florida.
Gulf Shrimp
Available year-round, with peak volume through the summer and fall months.
Wild-caught from Gulf of Mexico waters, with a firmer texture and deeper flavor than farmed shrimp, and never frozen longer than necessary to preserve it.
Our Mission
To give restaurants, retailers, distributors, and everyday seafood lovers around the country access to Florida's most sought-after seafood: stone crab, spiny lobster, and shrimp, at the level of freshness only possible when you cut out everything standing between the dock and your door.
We believe seafood this good doesn't need a long story. It needs a short supply chain.
Why Choose Us
Direct relationships, not layers of distribution.
We return to the same fishermen every season, building relationships instead of relying on a rotating list of suppliers.
Decades of experience behind every catch.
Our fishing partners average 30–40 years on the water, and it shows in the consistency of every catch.
Nationwide shipping, Florida freshness.
Seafood moves quickly from dock to shipment, without sitting in a freezer for weeks before it reaches you.
A distributor that answers the phone.
We're small enough to know your order, your preferences, and your business, not just your account number.
Florida's stone crab industry runs on one sustainable secret …
Most seafood leaves the water for good the moment it's caught. Stone crab is the exception. The animal is never the harvest, only its claws are, and the crab is returned to the water alive to grow them back. The best captains take a single claw and leave the other, giving the crab a better shot at feeding, defending itself, and coming back to the trap in future seasons. That principle shapes the whole fishery: how traps are built, how claws are removed, when gear goes in and when it has to come out.

All of our stone crab and spiny lobster is sourced from Florida waters. Gulf shrimp comes from the Gulf of Mexico. We work directly with fishermen rather than through third-party brokers.
